Bay Leaf Cottage

Bay Leaf Cottage is located in the trendy suburb of Observatory, Cape Town. ”Obs”, as it is known to residents, is renowned for its Victorian architecture, eateries, pubs, shops, theatres and clubs on the popular Lower Main Road strip and is well located with quick and easy access to the tourist attractions of Cape Town.
Equipped with a bathroom with cast iron Victorian bath and shower (in addition to the hot and cold shower in the private courtyard). The private courtyard has barbecue/braai facilities and a comfortable table and chairs for outdoor dining. Off-street parking is provided behind an automated gate.
Other amenities that are close by include the University of Cape Town, Groote Schuur Hospital, Rhodes Memorial, Newlands cricket and rugby stadiums and the world famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.
Bay Leaf Cottage is self-catering and has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 2 guests in the main queen bedroom and 2 singles in the mountain facing bedroom. It is located in a quiet residential part of Observatory but is close to Lower Main Rd, and public transport and shops.

Blake House

The house is centrally located in a quiet street, with easy access to the airport, station, bus and taxi routes. It is close to the University of Cape Town, Groote Schuur Hospital, Hartleyvale Sports Stadium and Lower Main Road where a supermarket, restaurants, shops and vibey nightlife can be found. The City Rock climbing gymn., Nia movement studio, the Oude Moulen Eco Village and one of the main creative hubs of Cape Town are all at hand.
It is equipped with Wi Fi and excellent security with electronic access. Limited off street parking is available.
Cafe’ style seating (with Plasma TV) links to the fully equipped kitchen with granite and stainless steel counters, utensils, etc.
There is a comfortable, contemporary living area with further 42 inch plasma TV, DVD and DSTV. A separate laundry and scullery with industrial type washing machine and tumble dryer.
All bedrooms fully furnished and with bathroom en-suite. Porcelain tiles throughout.
There are communal treed garden spaces and a courtyard with barbecue.
